BAD PRACTICE FROM MODELZONE, OR JUST FAST SALES ??????????????

Has anyone managed to purchase a LTD edition ex Pullman RTC coach 'Wrenn' from Modelzone's website yet?

I have watched their site hawk eyed so that I could buy one, but it appears that they have not been released for sale on the website and have been sold in their shops only, despite being advertised on the site as being available for sale here from October gone.

I have Emailed Modelzone twice to enquire as to when I can buy one from their site, but ModelZone do not seem to reply to any of their Emails.

I dont beleive that ModelZone actually had these for sale on the website in the first place. There was never a picture of the actual model on the site, just a picture of the prototype which has itself now gone. Can ModelZone do this ????????????

MODELZONE WILL NOT WIN ANY FANS DOING BUSINESS AND COMUNICATING LIKE THIS !!!!

ModelZone have never replied to any of our clubs Emails either. Nor do they like answering their phones.

I resent giving them any of my or my clubs money as they do not seem to want to try very hard to help customers, or to get a sale. In the case of Bachmann RTC Wrenn, this is the only place it is available from (supposedly) so I will have to bite the bullet and give them my cash for one of these, if Im lucky enough to find one.

Message to MODELZONE;

If you do not intend answering any of your Emails or answering your phones, remove the information / link from your site, as it is most annoying when we try to use this with no avail.
